The Crime Victim Advocacy Center of St. Louis is dedicated to helping victims of crime and violence rebuild their lives. We pursue a definition of justice that includes the victim; our vision is a society that recognizes the needs of crime victims through demonstrated policies and practices that proivde equal justice to victims as it does to the offenders.
